Roland DG Care Extended Maintenance & Warranty Plans offer you convenience and peace of mind by extending protection beyond the standard warranty of one year. With a comprehensive plan tailored to keep your BD-8 printer performing at its best, Roland DG ensures you’re always covered.
There are three Warranty Plans: Value+, Bronze, and Silver. These plans are divided according to the level of service to be applied after the expiration of the standard product warranty period. After every first year contract, it will be automatically renewed if not cancelled by the owner or Roland DG, leaving you to concentrate on your business.
Any of these care plans must be taken out whilst your printer is still covered by the standard 12 month warranty. If you printer is outside of this or if you would like to set up a monthly direct debit, please contact us.

- Faster Support: our technicians will contact you within 4 working hours after a case is raised. If needed, they can dispatch user-replaceable spare parts with remote fitting assistance, or organise a visit from a Roland DG
Care engineer within 4 working days. - Comprehensive Coverage: All spare parts and
