The Secabo TB7 Heated Base Plate – 40 x 50cm unlocks a whole new level of precision for your heat-press workflow. Designed as a powerful upgrade for compatible 40 × 50 cm Secabo heat presses, it delivers controlled heat from beneath your substrate. By heating both sides of the garment, you’ll significantly reduce textile marks, protect delicate fabrics and improve transfer quality for challenging applications like white-toner and sublimation.

With its own digital controller, the TB7 ensures uniform heat distribution and reproducible results every time. Quick to install with Secabo quick change systems, this base plate boosts throughput and consistency for busy production environments.

Built as a direct extension for Secabo’s 40 × 50 cm press platforms, this heated base plate adds controlled heat from below the transfer surface, transforming how heat is delivered during pressing.

This thermal base plate delivers unmatched reliability and repeatability — ideal for high-volume production environments and precision demanding transfers like white-toner prints, dye-sublimation, Chromaluxe panels, heat transfer vinyl and even DTF. With even heat distribution and enhanced control, it helps ensure every job comes out looking professional, wear after wear.

Suitable for Delicate Materials
The heated base is ideal for sensitive textiles. It improves the quality and reliability of white‑toner and sublimation transfers. Fabrics are protected because less heat is needed overall.
Heated Lower Plate
The TB7 adds heat from below as well as above. This allows lower temperatures and shorter pressing times. It also helps reduce marks on fabric.
Temperature Control
The TB7 uses its own Secabo controller for accurate temperature settings. It has soft padding that can be swapped for harder or softer mats. A protective cover is included.
Easy to Install
The thermobase fits quickly onto compatible Secabo presses. It works with many 40 × 50 cm models, old and new. It also attaches easily to Secabo quick‑release systems.
