Description
The Epson SC-F3000 direct-to-garment (DTG) printer has built-in features that ensure you not only meet your deadlines, but also retain your customers. Plus, bulk orders don’t have to mean bland designs – the colour technology lets you keep creative standards high.
- Hybrid DTG / DTF functionality – seamlessly switch between DTG and DTF printing allowing you to easily decorate a wider range of products.
- PrecisionCore print head technology – dual 2.6″ print heads with 16000 nozzles delivering industrial-print-quality output at impressive production speeds.
- Bulk ink solution – 1.5ltr ink pouches for less frequent ink refilling and lower production costs.
- New Garment Creator – available for both Windows and macOS, offers a variety of built in settings for optimum control over your output quality.
- Nozzle verification technology (NVT) – automatically checks that nozzles are firing accurately. Should any nozzles have issues, the Piezo technology will intuitively compensate to ensure that high-quality printing is maintained.
- Auto-platen gap adjustment – the printer uses its sensors to automatically detect garment’s surface height and adjust accordingly.
- Built for reliability – integration auto-maintenance features, such as the wiper kit, larger dust catcher and auto cap cleaning, help reduce manual intervention.
- Sophisticated user interface – user friendly 4.3″ touch screen makes it easy to check current and next print settings.
- Eco-friendly printing – the inks meet the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) and comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 for high-standard safety ecological textiles.
- White ink recirculation – automated processes to ensure optimal print quality is achieved every time
Designed for reliability and uptime
Features such as Epson’s Nozzle Verification Technology and droplet placement technology have been designed to maximise output. Production uptime is also significantly increased thanks to a combination of improved nozzle reliability and reduced need for manual operation.
Improved maintenance
The printer’s new carriage design, with its optimised large dust catcher, reduces the risk of nozzle issues and the need for manual intervention. Moreover, the print accuracy is enhanced by new ink droplet placement technology, which maximises the output.
