At Amaya, we have been actively monitoring the outbreak of Covid-19. Our top priority is, of course, the health and well-being of our team and customers whilst ensuring we continue to maintain our high level of service and support and follow the advice of our Government.
We want to advise and reassure our customers regarding the supply of goods. Our warehouse is well-stocked with machines, papers and inks and we are working with our supply chain to ensure there are no disruptions to service. Goods continue to move through Europe and the world successfully and UK deliveries are running as normal. DPD to date are doing a great job, but please ensure you do provide us with email and telephone details when you order so we can add this information to your package which will assist in a smooth delivery. If your business is operating a lockdown policy and has any different delivery instructions, please do let us know.

However we do still want to adopt a “business as usual“ policy and will continue to install and service equipment where customers are happy for us to do so, with our personnel following the strictest hygiene standards, whilst guidelines allow.
We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments to our policy as the news unfolds.
In these difficult times, we remain relentlessly focused on providing you with the excellent service and support you have come to expect from us, and we thank you for your continued loyalty.

Following our message on Monday, just to keep you updated:
This week we have been working with a skeleton team but closed the Nottingham office Wednesday and from today we are down to one dedicated person who is still office based in the South and able to take your queries, process your orders and despatch them with DPD, who are conducting a “ non-contact “ collection service.
Our stocks are good and to date, there has been no interruption in our supply chain thanks to our committed business partners.
We really want to be able to continue to support our customers that are still trading and will do so for as long as the government allows, in the knowledge that our people are safe.
Technical support by telephone will continue for all products as will customer service from the team working at home. As directors, we are all available for any questions you have and will be happy to chat – just ring through on the main number 02392 590281.
So, we are still open and here for you, just in a very unusual way. Working together we can beat this.
