TheFJ320plus TX is a complete printing solution that offers simple operation and a high grade of flexibility. Its high performance print head allows higher production speeds than previous direct to textile printers.

The specialized textile inks can be used to print directly on cotton and other fabrics. After printing, the ink is fixed using a simple heat press or a drying tunnel. For standard production the FJ320plus TX comes equipped with a 310x450mm fixture for T-Shirts.

The machine is equipped with 1xCMYK and 4xWhite that allows you to print on black, coloured and white garments. The FJ320plus TX automatically produces multi layer jobs and signals the end of a job acoustically.

Our solution includes the sophisticated Freejet RIP for Windows which simplifies production using integrated ICC profiles, flexible printer control and an intuitive user interface. The strength of the Freejet RIP is the capability to generate white layers automatically, which eliminates time consuming image manipulations. For best white quality our software also supports the “Highlight White” feature that lays down additional white. The RIP works with most raster files used in the industry and supports Photoshop transparencies. The integrated print queue makes it easy to repeat jobs for larger production.
