TEXJET has been specially designed for direct printing on garments, white, coloured and dark ones using textile inks that produce vivid prints with excellent washability. Combined with the powerful but very easy to use Polyprint RIP software, can produce printed garments of superior quality in just minutes.

The next generation Polyprint TEXJET v.2010 includes the "frame" table which holds down the t-shirt without the need of using ashesive spray, and the new TexjetRIP software which offers automatic creation of the white mask, cost calculator and many more.

TEXJET is the best value for money printer of its range and can handle successfuly small or large jobs, as it can print up to 60 white t-shirts per hour and up to 20 dark ones. If more productivity is needed, can be easily achieved by connecting more printers to 1 PC that can be handled only by 1 person.

  • TEXJET is using Epson 4880 as printing engine, and can achieve printing resolution as high as 2880x1440dpi.
  • Variable drop size can control the colour density required. Big drop only can be also selected for higher density of white ink or for faster printing on white t-shirts.

Registration

POLYPRINT INKS are specially developed for optimal performance with the TEXJET printers.

The inks are waterbased pigmented, produce vivid colours, have excellent resistant to washing and are enviromentally friendly.

The inks do not clogg the print heads and produce soft "hand" prints.
